Port Resiliency

The Community Port Resiliency Program (C-PReP) is a flagship initiative of CIFAL Miami, focused on strengthening the adaptive capacity and resilience of port communities across the Caribbean and Latin America. The program works with airport and seaport authorities, government agencies, and regional stakeholders to address climate adaptation, disaster preparedness, and sustainable infrastructure development in port-dependent regions.

C-PReP needed its own dedicated web presence — separate from CIFAL Miami’s main site — to serve as the program’s public-facing hub for partners, participants, and stakeholders. We built the site on WordPress with a clean, institutional design that communicates the program’s scope and seriousness while remaining accessible to a diverse, international audience with varying internet infrastructure.

This is a full-service engagement across all three of Parameter’s WordPress service tiers. Propel handled the initial site build and ongoing feature development. Pulse provides managed hosting with CDN and performance tuning optimized for the program’s geographic reach across the Caribbean and Latin America. Protect covers ongoing WordPress ops — updates, security monitoring, and maintenance — ensuring the site stays current and secure as the program grows.
