Odoo Support & Operations in Miami
Parameter is a Miami-based Odoo Partner and Implementer. We implement, integrate, and operate Odoo for any business that needs a real ERP — from small teams replacing QuickBooks to large operators running multi-entity manufacturing. One local team past go-live, not a handoff to someone else.
Odoo in production across Florida
Two live Odoo implementations built and run by Parameter — both Florida businesses (one Tampa Bay, one Central Florida). Full ERP, custom modules, B2B storefronts, Shipstation and payment integrations — operating day-to-day, not sitting on a partner dashboard somewhere.

What we do for Miami Odoo teams
Four things tend to break Odoo after launch: the post go-live handoff stalls, integrations break silently, custom modules drift from core, and version upgrades get deferred indefinitely. As your partner, we handle all four — starting before they happen.
Implementation with real handoff
Full Odoo rollouts — module configuration, data migration, user training, and documentation your team can actually use after we leave. Explore the scope on our Odoo pillar.
Integrations that stay connected
QuickBooks, Shipstation, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, payment gateways, webhooks. Monitored, retried, and alerted when they fail — not silently dropping records until someone notices.
Custom modules, upgrade-safe
Custom Odoo modules built as proper add-ons — not monkey patches. They survive version upgrades instead of forcing a rebuild every year. Studio customizations reviewed and hardened.
Managed support & monitoring
Ongoing support after go-live. Performance tuning, safe module updates, user additions, report building, and a named lead who actually responds. Monthly reports to leadership.
Local team, ops discipline, bilingual.
Implementation is the first quarter of the work; the rest is keeping it running and keeping it integrated. Four incidents lifted from actual Parameter runbooks — the kind of thing partners who go cold after go-live rarely catch.
Any business that needs a real ERP.
If Odoo is the right fit, we implement and run it. We work across verticals — manufacturing, distribution, B2B commerce, professional services, and plenty that don't fit a neat label. Three categories where we've shipped Odoo into production:
Manufacturing & print
BOMs, MRP, Fiery print integration, custom scheduling. Wells & Drew, It Takes Two.
B2B ecommerce & distribution
Per-client pricing, approval workflows, custom storefronts, carrier integrations. Real B2B, not B2C with extra steps.
Professional services & operators
Project, timesheets, billing, CRM. Consolidate five SaaS tools into one Odoo instance.
Not sure if Odoo fits your vertical? That's what the free fit assessment is for.
How we get started
No drawn-out sales process. Four checkpoints from here to an Odoo instance that runs on a documented cadence — with the first monthly ops report landing in your inbox before the first full month ends.
- Day 1 Miami intake call and read-only access to Odoo + integrations. Fit assessment submitted the same day.
- Day 2–5 Staging spin-up, module inventory, integration scan, and a timed backup restore against last night's snapshot.
- Day 7 Scoped plan delivered: flat price, timeline, and the runbook your Odoo stack actually needs — not a generic partner template.
- Day 30 First monthly ops report in your inbox. Every integration run, upgrade test, and reconciliation — logged and forwardable.
How we measure the work
Numbers pulled from the runbook itself — the same runbook that shows up in your monthly ops report. No Odoo pricing claims on this page; real ranges live behind the fit assessment.
Questions, answered
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP?
Yes. QuickBooks to Odoo is our most common migration. NetSuite and SAP B1 are both doable — we scope them case-by-case because the data model differences matter. See our /compare/odoo-vs-netsuite/, /compare/odoo-vs-quickbooks-enterprise/, /compare/odoo-vs-sap-business-one/ pages for the trade-off analysis.
Do you support Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and self-hosted?
All three. Odoo.sh is our default recommendation for teams over 20 users needing custom modules. Odoo Online is fine for standard modules at smaller scale. Self-hosted only if you have an infrastructure reason to — regulated data, cost at high user counts, or specific integrations that need network control.
What Odoo modules do you most commonly implement?
Sales/CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing (MRP), Project, and eCommerce/Website — in roughly that order. We also ship custom modules (not Studio patches) when the standard modules don't fit the business.
How fast can we start?
The free fit assessment is same-week. If we move forward, discovery starts in one to two weeks, implementation in four to eight depending on scope and your data readiness.
What does ongoing Odoo support cost?
Depends on module count, integration complexity, and user volume. Smaller retainers start around the same price point as our WordPress Protect plans; larger deployments with multiple integrations and custom modules scale from there. We quote flat, not hourly, after the assessment call.
Do you serve teams outside Miami?
Yes — most of our clients are outside Miami. Miami matters for regulated clients who want a documented local vendor and for the occasional board presentation. For day-to-day ops, location is irrelevant.
What happens after go-live?
Handoff is where most Odoo deployments fail. We stay on the account past go-live as your ops partner: scheduled integration tests, staged module updates, monthly ops report, and a named lead who already knows your stack. Implementation is the opening act, not the finish line.
