We get hands-on with your site for 60 minutes: diagnose what's going on, fix as much as we can in that window, and start with whatever's actually causing the failure. Many issues are resolved inside the hour. If yours is bigger, we'll explain what's left in plain language.

What if my site needs more than one fix?

What if you can't fix it in an hour?

At the 60-minute mark we pause and walk you through what we found and what would come next — in plain language. You decide where to go from there. No guessing. No surprise billing.

Do I get charged more automatically?

No. The $99 is fixed. Any additional work is optional and clearly scoped first.

Does the $99 go toward future work?

Yes. If you move forward with Protect or additional work within 7 days, your $99 is applied as a credit.

How fast do you respond?

Typically within the hour during business hours. Urgent cases are prioritized. We don't promise a hard SLA we can't always hit — we promise a real response from a real engineer.

What access do you need?
