Do I have to use the portal?
The portal is strongly preferred because it keeps requests, context, and status in one thread. If you can’t access it, email support and we’ll get you unstuck.
Where do I request Propel work?
Use the portal and choose Propel (or start a Propel package and then submit tasks). Include scope, priority, and any references.
Can you work with my existing hosting?
Yes. Pulse is the cleanest path, but Protect can operate on most modern hosting setups. If you’re not sure, start a request and we’ll advise.
How do I change plans or billing?
Use Start to choose your module combination and complete onboarding. For existing accounts, you can also open a portal request.
