- The scholarship program's own reporting and payment rules. Those come from the program, and we build to them.

- A school opens another location. Budgets, purchasing, and enrollment numbers now have to be seen separately and together.

- Analytic accounts and budgets by campus, shared vendors, and reports that split or combine.

- Separate legal entities, and intercompany accounting if the campuses are different companies.

What is different about Florida.
State scholarship programs mean many private schools bill more than one payer per student. Enrollment has grown quickly in much of the state, and many families and staff work in Spanish. Odoo handles split billing and two languages as configuration. The program rules themselves are not in Odoo and come from the program.
We are not legal, tax, or regulatory advisers. Requirements come from your own advisers and regulators, and we configure the system to match.

Can Odoo bill a family and a scholarship program for the same student?
Yes. Separate invoices by payer for the same student are configuration. What each program requires in reports or payment files is scoped against that program's current rules.
Can invoices and reminders go out in Spanish?
Yes. Language is set per contact, and Odoo's standard documents and emails follow it. Your own wording, such as policies and letters, needs translating once.
Do you work with schools and training providers outside Miami?
Yes. Our office is in Coral Gables, and we work with organizations across Florida, in English and Spanish. The first conversation can be a call, an email, or an in-person meeting.
Do you host Odoo?
No. Odoo runs on Odoo Online, on Odoo.sh, or on your own server, and we help you choose. The choice depends mostly on whether you need custom code.
