Ehrich Locke Mediation

Ehrich Locke Mediation is Barbara Locke’s mediation and arbitration practice in Miami. Before this rebuild, its website was a site-builder export last updated in 2013: no mobile viewport, a two-item menu and an empty meta description.

Parameter rebuilt it from the existing content. We explored classic and minimalist directions across six HTML prototypes, then built the minimalist one: a single page on Bootstrap 5 with no CMS, database or plugins. For a one-page practice site, a CMS would mostly have been one more thing to patch.

The attorney’s background leads the page. Areas of expertise, certifications and contact details, including an embedded office map, sit in a sidebar accordion, and each item in the header menu toggles its panel directly. On phones the panels start collapsed, the menu closes and scrolls to the section you picked, and the header gets out of the way on scroll down and comes back on scroll up.

Parameter hosts and maintains the site under Protect and Pulse, so the team that wrote the code is the team looking after it.
