Are you an official Odoo partner?
Yes. Parameter is an Odoo Learning Partner, progressing toward higher tiers. What you get in practice is a senior engineer relationship with direct access, not a partner ticket queue. Need Enterprise licenses? We help you sort that out and work alongside whatever you choose.
Do you support Odoo Community, or only Enterprise?
Both, whether self-hosted, Odoo.sh, or Odoo Online, any version still in use. Community installs are most of what we see.
Our last consultant disappeared. Can you take over a system you didn't build?
Yes. That's most of our intake. We map what's there, document it, and hand you the keys, then fix things in priority order.
How does pricing work?
Small fixes are quoted flat before we start. Ongoing support runs month-to-month with transparent time logs. Migrations and upgrades get a fixed-scope quote after a short assessment. No hour buckets you have to burn down.
What does "staged and tested" mean for upgrades?
Your upgrade runs on a private copy of your database first. We test the workflows your business depends on, write a rollback plan, and only then schedule cutover.
