Security patrols generate their records in the field, at night, often with poor connectivity. Empire Security Services needed officers to log checkpoints and incidents where the work happens rather than reconstructing a shift afterwards from handwritten notes.

Parameter built patrol applications for iOS and Android on Ionic and Capacitor, sharing one codebase across both stores so a change ships to both platforms at once instead of being written twice.

The result removes the paper log and the data entry that used to follow every shift. Records are captured at the point of work, which is also the point at which they are accurate.
