Empire Security Services

Security patrols generate their records in the field, at night, often with poor connectivity. Empire Security Services needed officers logging checkpoints and incidents where the work happens rather than reconstructing a shift afterwards from handwritten notes.

Parameter built the ESSI Reporting platform: a web application for supervisors and administrators, plus patrol apps for iOS and Android sharing a single Ionic and Capacitor codebase, so a change ships to both platforms at once instead of being written twice. Officers sign in with biometrics on their own device.

The result removes the paper log and the data entry that used to follow every shift. Records are captured at the point of work, which is also the point at which they are accurate.
