BeamHello

beamhello.com

A digital business card platform that respects the person on the other end. The recipient opens a link, sees who you are, saves your contact, and gets on with their day. No app to install, no account to create, no signup wall between them and your phone number.

The problem we kept seeing.

The popular digital-card apps share a habit: when you hand someone your card, their screen lights up and then blocks them with a prompt to create an account or download the app before they can save your number. The card became a signup funnel for the tool, and the person you just met became the lead. Most of them back out, and the ones who do not can tell exactly what happened.

That is a fine strategy for the card company and a bad deal for the firm whose logo is on the card. You did the hard part, the meeting and the impression, and the tool dropped the handoff at the one-yard line. BeamHello does the opposite: the recipient sees your contact info and a save button, nothing else. The card belongs to the firm whose logo is on it, not to the platform that rendered it.

Who it’s for

Teams that want one brand across everyone’s card.

  • Small teams and SMBs. Branded digital cards across everyone, managed from one dashboard, at a flat per-org price instead of paying a per-seat fee to the big apps. Push an update once and every card reflects it.
  • Vertical professional groups. Real estate brokerages, mortgage teams, law firms, insurance agencies, advisory practices. One entity provisions cards for a roster of independently licensed people, with brand consistency and central control.
  • Solo professionals. A single branded card that people actually keep, with updates that never require reprinting, and a recipient experience that does not embarrass you.
  • Agencies and MSPs. A white-label card product you can bundle into your own offering, with sub-accounts that hold many client orgs cleanly. Parameter runs its own clients on exactly this.
How it works

Three steps, and the recipient does nothing but save.

1

Build a branded card

Logo, theme, name, title, the ways to reach you. For teams, the org sets the brand once and every card inherits it. HubSpot can fill the fields for you.

2

Share it any way

A link, a QR code, or a blank NFC tag you write yourself. It works on any phone with no app, and there is no hardware to buy from us.

3

They save, you stay in control

The recipient saves your contact as a standard vCard. No signup. If they choose to share their info back, it syncs to your HubSpot, tagged with the card it came from.

Pricing, the 14-day trial, and the full feature set are on the product site: beamhello.com.

Why we built it

We wanted it for our own clients first.

As an agency, we look for sticky, low-maintenance things to bundle into what we already do for clients. A branded digital business card fit, but every option on the market either charged per seat, spammed the recipient into signing up, or both. We did not want to put our clients’ names on a product that treats the people they meet as someone else’s leads.

So we built the version we would be comfortable handing to our own clients, and put it at beamhello.com. Parameter is the anchor instance of the agency tier: we run our clients’ cards on it, which keeps us honest about how it should work. It is the kind of product we like to ship, with a clear point of view and a recipient experience that stays boring on purpose.

Try a card on a real link.

Start a 14-day trial with no credit card, build a card, and share it. The test is simple: hand it to someone and watch whether they have to do anything other than tap save.
