Bigger changes (features, redesigns, integrations) are separately scoped projects with dates and deposits. No surprise bills.

50% deposit reserves your start date · 25% at staging · 25% before release. Scope changes are priced, never absorbed.
Work that can’t reasonably be fixed-priced is $150/hr with a four-hour minimum. Nights, weekends, and same-day interruptions are $250/hr with a two-hour minimum. Plan clients get incident triage included. Emergency rates apply only to engineering outside plan scope.
Propel clients get priority project scheduling. Their backlog is already planned, so their work starts sooner.
Site down or hacked right now? Emergency Diagnostic, $99 flat. An experienced operator on your site for 60 minutes. We diagnose what is going on, fix what we can in the window, and walk you through anything that needs more time. Credited toward any plan you start within 7 days.

Fit call (15 min)
We confirm what you have and which plan fits. If none does, we say so.
Setup
No standard setup fee. We secure access, map your system, stand up monitoring, and take a tested backup, most of it within 72 hours. If our review finds initial work needed first, we quote it for your approval before starting.
Proof
Inside your first week you get a restore screenshot, a baseline report, and your first staged update. Evidence, not promises.
Operations
Card on file, charged before each service month. Cancel anytime. Annual prepay saves about two months, with a full refund if cancelled in the first 30 days and a prorated refund after that.
