Our plans buy ownership and outcomes: monitoring, updates, backups, recovery, and a named engineer who answers for your site. Changes (features, redesigns, integrations) are fixed-price sprints with dates and deposits. We don’t sell buckets of hours, and we don’t do surprise bills.

Work that can’t reasonably be fixed-priced is $175/hr. Nights, weekends, and same-day interruptions are $250/hr with a two-hour minimum. Plan clients get incident triage included. Emergency rates apply only to engineering outside plan scope.
Propel clients get priority sprint scheduling. Their backlog is already planned, so their work starts sooner.
