Why a regional Odoo partner

The case for one vendor across the tri-county.

Single contract, single accountable lead, single configuration that handles cross-county and cross-entity workflows.

One vendor across the tri-county

South Florida ops teams often have entities or warehouses across two or three counties. Working with a regional partner means one contract, one accountable lead, and one Odoo configuration that handles the cross-county workflow. The alternative is stitching together vendors per location.

Bilingual operations by default

Our clients commonly run Odoo with Spanish-language interface and English-language reporting (or vice versa). Bilingual training materials and bilingual support are standard, not an add-on. Most of the national Odoo partner network treats this as a custom request.

Industry context that travels across counties

Retail and hospitality cycles on the coast, specialty manufacturing in Hialeah and west Broward, services firms throughout. We've configured Odoo for enough of these patterns that we recognize the second time we see them.

What we run regionally

The work that benefits from a regional partner.

Multi-entity, regional banking, custom integrations, and ongoing support that doesn't rotate.

Multi-entity, multi-county deployments

If your business runs more than one legal entity (or one entity across multiple county locations), Odoo's multi-company module handles the consolidation cleanly. We configure each entity, set up inter-company workflows, and document the structure so your accountant can take it from there.

QuickBooks migration with regional bank handling

Most South Florida SMBs are on QuickBooks, often with a regional credit union or a community bank. Migration handles bank-feed reconnection, including the smaller banks that don't always show up in default integration lists.

Custom modules and integrations

Where standard Odoo doesn't fit, we build custom modules (not Studio patches). Integrations with shipping carriers, payment gateways, marketplaces, and the long tail of vertical-specific tools (restaurant POS, warehouse barcode systems, customs brokers).

Ongoing managed support

Post-go-live retainer. Scheduled integration tests, staged module updates, monthly ops report, and a named regional lead who knows your stack across counties. No ticket-rotation handoff.

FAQ

Questions regional teams ask.

Are you based in South Florida?
Yes. Parameter's office is at 1430 South Dixie Highway in the Coral Gables / South Miami corridor. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and the Treasure Coast from there.
Do you charge travel for in-person workshops?
Inside the tri-county (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach), no. Outside the tri-county (Treasure Coast, inland), travel is billed at cost on engagements that require on-site time. Most ongoing accounts don't need it.
Do you serve clients outside South Florida?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside the region; we work remote-first across the US. The South Florida focus is about the small percentage of work that benefits from in-person time.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
Yes. Parameter is an Odoo Learning Partner, with active progression toward higher tiers. The tier shows in the badge at the top of this page and in our footer.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Bilingual team. We routinely configure Odoo with Spanish-language interface for end users and English-language reporting for finance and leadership, or vice versa.
How does pricing compare to the bigger national Odoo partners?
Implementation pricing is roughly comparable for similar scopes. The bigger difference is the cost of post-go-live support: a regional partner with a named lead tends to handle ongoing work faster than a queue-based national shop, which compounds in your favor over time.
Can you handle multi-currency for cross-border operations?
Yes. Several of our South Florida clients run trade across borders (Latin America, Caribbean, Europe). Odoo's multi-currency is more capable than QuickBooks's, and we configure FX rate sourcing, intercompany handling, and customs-related fields as part of the implementation.
