Odoo Partner Nonprofits & NGOs in Florida

Odoo for Florida nonprofits, in the languages you serve.

Florida nonprofits serve communities in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, often with a small staff and a gala that funds the year.

We set up Odoo for Florida nonprofits and NGOs that need supporters, events, and program costs in one place.

Where projects start

Odoo for Florida nonprofits: three places it starts.

Each situation has a part that is setup and a part that needs its own scope. We keep the two apart, so you know what you are buying.

Gala season

What it looks like
The big events land in the cooler months. Tables, sponsors, and auction payments are tracked in files that only one person understands.
What we set up
Event registration with ticket and sponsor levels, payments matched to donors, and attendance on each record.
What needs scoping
Auction software and seating tools, connected if they allow it.

A hurricane response

What it looks like
After a storm, donations and volunteers arrive faster than they can be recorded. So do requests for help.
What we set up
A donation page ready in advance, volunteer shifts by site, and spending tagged to the response from the first day.
What needs scoping
Reporting to funders and agencies in their formats. Those come from the funder.

Programs that reach abroad

What it looks like
An organization based in Florida runs programs in the Caribbean or Latin America. Money and reports cross borders.
What we set up
Cost by program and country, several currencies, and documents stored with each grant.
What needs scoping
Local accounting rules in other countries, scoped per country.

The services behind these, what Odoo does not do for this industry, and one piece of work followed from start to finish are on the Odoo for nonprofits page.

The Florida part

What is different about nonprofit work in Florida.

Fundraising events cluster in the winter season. Storm response is a recurring call on local charities, and many organizations based in Florida run programs in the Caribbean and Latin America. Communities are served in more than one language. Odoo's website and email tools handle several languages, and translating your own content is editorial work.

We are not legal, tax, or regulatory advisers. Requirements come from your own advisers and regulators, and we configure the system to match.

Working with us

How Parameter works with a Florida organization.

Local

Parameter is a Florida company with an office in Coral Gables. We work from our own office, and we come on site when a project needs it.

English and Spanish

Our team works in both languages. Workflow reviews, training, and written guides can be in the language your staff works in.

The first conversation is free

It can be a call, an email, or an in-person meeting. When Odoo is in scope, the Odoo Assessment follows with a written Preliminary Scope within 5 business days of that conversation.

Odoo or not
Whichever fits

Odoo is the ERP we implement, and we are an Odoo Partner. When connecting or configuring what you already run is the better move, that is what we recommend.

After launch
Someone still answers

Odoo Support month to month, or Odoo Operations as a committed engagement.

FAQ

Questions from Florida nonprofits.

Can donation pages be in Spanish and Haitian Creole?

Yes. Odoo's website pages can be published in several languages, with the visitor choosing. The translation of your own text is yours to provide or for us to arrange as content work.

Can we be ready for a disaster appeal ahead of time?

Yes. A donation page, a volunteer sign-up, and a cost tag for the response can be built and left unpublished until the day they are needed.

Do you work with nonprofits outside Miami?

Yes. Our office is in Coral Gables, and we work with organizations across Florida, in English and Spanish. The first conversation can be a call, an email, or an in-person meeting.

Do you host Odoo?

No. Odoo runs on Odoo Online, on Odoo.sh, or on your own server, and we help you choose. The choice depends mostly on whether you need custom code.
