Odoo pricing: what you will actually pay.
Odoo pricing looks simple: one short price list. The bill is longer, because the license is only one of four costs.
This guide covers each one: the plan, the users, the hosting, and the implementation. Every figure is Odoo's own US list price. Parameter is an Odoo Partner, and these are Odoo's prices, not ours.

Three plans. Standard and Custom are the two paid Odoo Enterprise plans, and both include every app for one per-user price. The bill doesn't grow each time you turn on a module.

What the Odoo license costs at your size.
Licenses only, billed yearly, at list price. Customers and suppliers on the portal are free. Anyone who logs in to the back end counts.

Each figure is users times the monthly price times 12. The first-year columns use the discounted price, which ends after 12 months.
Odoo Online is included. Odoo.sh is not.
Hosting on Odoo Online comes with every plan. Custom code can't run there, so it needs Odoo.sh or your own server. Odoo.sh pricing is separate from the license and sits on top of the Custom plan.

Odoo implementation cost: what the price list leaves out.
Someone has to configure the apps, move your data, connect your other systems, and train your people. Odoo's subscription does not include that.
Odoo sells its own implementation hours as Success Packs and recommends them for small companies. Companies with more than 50 employees are usually pointed to a partner.

With a partner, the number depends on scope: how many apps, how much data to migrate, how many integrations, and how much custom code. That is why we don't publish a price list. Parameter quotes Odoo work as a fixed scope after a free Assessment, so you see the number before you commit.

On paper, Odoo is $31.10 a user. In reality, these are the places the number moves.
The first-year discount ends
The discount covers 12 months, for the users in your first order. Year two costs about 25% more per user. Budget on the regular price.
One customization moves you to Custom
Install Studio or add a second company and the database moves to the Custom plan. An outside system that calls Odoo's API needs Custom too. That is roughly double the Standard price per user.
Everyone who logs in is a user
Anyone with access to the back end is a paying user. That includes the employee who only files expenses and the outside accountant who works in your books.
Custom code has a running cost
The subscription does not include maintenance of custom code, and Odoo's upgrade service does not cover modules written in-house or by a partner. Someone has to carry them forward.
Usage credits are extra
SMS, lead generation, and document scanning run on prepaid credits. They are not in the per-user price.

How much does Odoo cost per user?
As of October 1, 2026, Odoo's US list price is $31.10 per user per month on the Standard plan and $61.00 on the Custom plan, both billed yearly. The first 12 months are discounted to $24.90 and $49.00 for the users in your first order. Monthly billing costs more: $38.90 and $76.20.
Is Odoo really free?
Partly. The One App Free plan gives you one app for unlimited users on Odoo Online, along with any apps it depends on. Install a second app and you move to a paid plan. Odoo Community is also free to license, but you host and maintain it yourself, without Odoo's support or version upgrades.
What is the difference between Odoo Standard and Custom?
Standard includes every app on Odoo Online. Custom costs about twice as much per user and adds Odoo Studio, multi-company, the external API, and the option to host on Odoo.sh or your own server. If you need custom code or more than one company in the database, you need Custom.
Is this Odoo Enterprise pricing?
Yes. Standard and Custom are the two paid plans for Odoo Enterprise, the licensed edition, so these figures are Odoo Enterprise pricing. Odoo Community, the open-source edition, has no license fee, but you host and maintain it yourself.
Does the Odoo price include hosting and support?
On Odoo Online, yes. Hosting, daily backups, email support from Monday to Friday, and version upgrades are included. Odoo.sh hosting, implementation, usage credits such as SMS, and maintenance of custom code are not.
How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
It depends on scope. Odoo sells its own implementation hours as Success Packs, from $580 for 4 hours to $25,000 for 200 hours, and suggests them for small companies. A partner prices by scope: apps, data migration, integrations, and custom code. Parameter quotes a fixed scope after a free Assessment.
Do portal users or customers count as paid users?
No. Customers and suppliers who use the portal are free, and so are visitors to your website. Anyone with access to the back end is a paying user, including an outside accountant. Odoo also lists a Light User license at $8.90 for staff with limited access, quoted through an Odoo advisor.
Do Odoo prices change?
Yes. Odoo adjusts its list prices, and they differ by country. The figures on this page are US list prices as checked on October 1, 2026. Confirm the current price on odoo.com before you budget.
