PreArrive

PreArrive is one of Parameter’s own products. It helps short-term rental hosts collect a signed guest acknowledgment of the house rules before the check-in details are released, so the rules are agreed to rather than merely sent.

It runs on the same stack we put under client platforms: Cloudflare Workers with D1 and R2, Stripe billing, passwordless authentication, and tamper-evident PDF output, with the monitoring and release discipline we quote alongside every build.

Running our own software is why we price upkeep next to the build rather than treating it as optional. We pay that bill on our own products every month, so we know what it actually costs to keep an application healthy.
